Our Anti-Slavery Policy
We acknowledge responsibility to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure transparency, not just within our organisation but also with suppliers of goods and services. These, as well as the suppliers of services, make up the supply chain within our Company.
We are committed to driving out acts of modern day slavery and human trafficking within our business and that from within our supply chains, including sub-contractors, and partners.
The Company will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking. In the event we suspect a breach of The Modern Slavery Act 2015, we would report the perpetrator and cease trading with them immediately.
The Company Directors shall take responsibility for ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within the organisation or within any of its supply chains. As part of this responsibility we commit to:
Ensuring all employees are made aware of this statement, which can be found on our internal home page and displayed on our company website
Encouraging our employees to report any concerns to their line manager
Communicating our expectations to our suppliers and in turn we expect our suppliers to adhere to The Modern Slavery Act 2015
New suppliers will be required to declare that they are not involved in modern slavery or human trafficking and have not been subject to any investigation in connection
Any identified risks will be specified along with action to be taken and these will be reported on an annual basis. This statement will be reviewed and published annually.
